Our move to Ashford, Connecticut along with a barn raising is complete and we have installed more herb gardens. The herb barn will now be home to classes, workshops and talks, as well as an apothecary and a primitive herbal shop.
See below & check back here often for an updated schedule of weed walks, herb garden tours, talks and workshops on herbal medicine, cosmetics, and culinary uses, as well as wild weed foraging which we’ll incorporate into a lunch.
|We’ve made the decision to halt our classes until we see what happens with COVID since our barn is very small and no way to social distance.
A quick look at future classes which includes herb tea and an herbal treat
